We met with William for the bidding process and were torn between he and Priority Remodeling. Both impressed us. Went with All Star because they only do one project at a time. Unfortunately, he won several contracts at one time and did not keep that commitment. We were told that the project would take 8 - 10 days and would start on Nov. 18th. They didn't start until Dec. 14th and finally finished on Feb. 15th (construction had to be halted during Christmas for 10 days due to our holiday travel). Although the price was excellent, many things had to be redone (the shower stall floor was worked on 5 times - completely redone twice before it was correctly completed). Worse point was communication. Missed appointments were the norm and they wouldn't call for days to explain, either. Also, our original reason for chosing them was because William only works on one project at a time and we were pleased that he would be the one on site. We hardly saw him at all. He sent over other people that worked for them instead even after we requested that they not return due to mistakes. Overall the bathroom looks great and we're pleased with the finished product. The price was great and you get what you pay for. We think we would have had a better experience if William or Shane had led the project.

William and his crew were great! They ran into an unexpected obstacle due to the age of our house and spent more time than they had anticipated on the job but kept true to their estimate, and even helped out with another job we were having trouble completing. I would glady and confidently recommend All Star General Contractors.

All Star General Contractors are a very courteous and hard-working company. They explained everything I asked of them and were able to handle my request for minor changes to the plan as the job was progressing. They also coordinated specialty contractors to come in and do electrical and flooring work so I only had to deal with a single person for the entire process.
