The guy was nice other than calling me a liar. He did not seem to know what he was doing even though he said he had done 1000's of windows, I told him I could not open my window after he told me it was done. It took 4 trips to fix my window. He did not give me any kind of discount for my inconvenience . I would not use this company. I do not like giving low stars but in this case it was deserved.
