The gentleman I spoke with when I made my appointment was kind and patient with me. He answered all of my questions. The inspection report was incredibly detailed and thorough. Alan was very friendly, on time, and did a thorough inspection including radon test (awaiting results) and wood destroying insect test. The inspection was done Friday afternoon and we had our report early Monday morning. There were a few typos on the report (including the wrong address) but other than that the experience was great.

Alan was thorough and very helpful! He even recorded the different filter sizes for us for later reference. He had recommended repair steps for the findings and even the seller seemed impressed with his work. Very easy to work with; scheduling was a breeze. Would recommend to all friends and family; if we bought in the area again, he's the only inspector I'd call!

I would definitely recommend Michael to someone else looking for a home inspector. He showed up on time and did a thorough inspection of the entire home while giving easy to understand explanations of his findings. The report write-up was a bit choppy to read but nevertheless, complete. The bill was fair and there were no extra charges.
