They did a great job cleaning the home. However, they never left a bill so I had to contact them several times in order to arrange payment. I was very happy with the company and the service they provided. I would use them again.

When I talked to All Star I asked it they would come by and give me an estimate. I was told no, and that they charged a flat $25.00 and hour. That sounded reasonable the way it was described to me. When the crew got here, there were four girls and one enterpreter because the grils could not speak English. I had to tell them a few things that they had forgotten to do. When they were finished, my cost was $162>00!!!!!! for 1 1/2 hour of work. $25.00 and hr times 4????? Never again.

In the last couple of weeks we have had a few bumps (missed services) because the subcontractor for All Star was purchased and the service records and requests did not transfer correctly. However, the All Star is very responsive, the maids do an excellent job and now that everything is straightened out, I expect nothing but the excellent service I had come to expect from them.

I love to have them again but I will have to have it done before go in the hospital

Sent a crew so they were finished fast. House is clean and we are happy. Having them come back in two weeks for a deep cleaning.

The tech was very thorough and tried to get all spots out of the carpet. He was very customer focused and very friendly. I was comfortable having him in my home.

Very fast & efficient, just they need another vacuum cleaner, theirs did not pickup well at all.
