I was charged $512.50 to fix a leak in the hall bath and to swap the lines where the contractor had hooked the water line to the incorrect faucet (Hot water was coming through the cold side and cold water was coming through the hot side.) I hired All Star Plumbing to do 3 things. 1. fix a small drip in hall bathroom sink. (They now say this was free) 2. Change the hot/cold hook ups in 2 two sinks erroneously connected by contractor. 3. Swap out the existing trim from chrome to bronze in tub/shower They were unable to swap out the tub/shower trim because I bought the wrong one. They charged me for the service anyway $512.50. I ended up paying them $412.50 (they gave me $100 off) to fix a drip (they now claim they did for free) and change the faucet connections in two sinks that took all of 20 minutes. I understand a minimum $100 or $125 charge. But to charge $412.50 for the two very small things they did fix is highway robbery, in my opinion. I will never use them again, and I will tell everyone who will listen about my experience with this company. I spoke with someone at the company about the charge, and they told me that the charge was correct because they had to travel to my home and create an invoice. I cant make this stuff up guys. Customer Beware!!!!! They have lost my respect and my business.

Great experience from first phone call contact through job completion. Service Tech (Gary) and his co-worker showed up on time and with all the correct equipment and completed the removal and install of new water heater in less than 2 hours. Very courteous and careful in removal/install of water heater having to maneuver up and down stairs and through living area. Good value for water heater and installation. Would definitely recommend All Star Plumbing/Air.

When I commented on how quickly the gentleman replaced my water heater, he said, "When you call the best, you get the best!" I like that! More expensive than I anticipated. $675 for 30 minutes of work!

They were reliable. Communication between me and the tech was good, even when problems arose. I needed a video inspection, and that is what I asked for, one for my home. The customer representative stated yes this could be done, but never told me there were two different prices. One price per line/vs entire home. I was told later on that it would be more money for all lines to be inspected. I just wished communication with the customer representative was clear on prices. Other than that she was very polite and kind.

The price quoted was final price no hidden add ons. Andrew is a straight shooter. Outlined the problem the next steps I need to take and gave referrals.

My job was very simple. I bought a new commode to replace a very old one. I installed it, but the water connection line from wall to commode leaked profusely. Andrew arrived, looked the situation over, and he needed to procure a new water line connection. He left for a while and came back with the connector; installed it, and solved the situation. Charge was $100 to procure and install a water connection from wall to toilet. It worked for me.
