From the initial quote to the final inspection, JD and his crew were professional, honest and friendly. We needed a total roof replacement. The materials were top-notch, the teams quality workmanship are excellent. They cleaned up very thoroughly. Overall, a I would recommend All Star Roofing to anyone.

Brian was here every step of the way. He dealt with the insurance adjuster. Came anytime I needed any help. All questions were answered and the claim was explained. Excellent service. Have recommended him and the company to friends.

Getting a new roof can be nothing short of stressful, but with Jamie Starnes at All-Star Roofing and Construction, the experience was amazing. He was so hands-on, answered so many questions, and made sure our roof was completed in a timely fashion with no inconvenience.

They are friendly and nice up front, lots of promises but no follow up.

Update to my prior post on 4th of Nov 2018. I call other number and they made thing happen right away. The contractor's call me right after talking to another field office.

When I call the office no one knows anything about the work done on my roof. Then they want me to hunt down the contrators that came out to my house. I called them several times to come by and do a walk thru but nothing yet. It's been almost three months and no one has shown up yet, plus no invoices insight to tell me how much I owe them. I just want this nightmare to end.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful All Star Roofing and Construction has been with our roofing disaster from the hail storms of this summer. I have Multiple Sclerosis and I will say that much care was taken to make sure that I understood the process that was to take place. Jay and/or Dewayne were on time with every appointment and stayed with the job everyday until the workers were done just to make certain the work was done carefully and thoroughly by their polite workmen. My property was cleaned properly and with no mess left behind...I didn't have to do a thing! I am so very happy with my new roof and the vast improvement it gives to the overall appearance of my property. The managers were nothing but kind, polite and professional with me. When the weather was bringing rain, Jay even hustled over to my house to make certain that the broken windows were well covered to prevent our home from getting damage inside the residence....Twice! I have already told many of my friends about the services of this company and have highly recommended All Star Roofing and Construction for any of their roofing needs. I will continue to do so!!! I'm not one who normally writes reviews. I tend to let the work speak for itself. But after getting the chance to meet Jay from All Star Roofing I knew that I would have to write something, because he and the company are outstanding. When the hail storm hit in June I was terrified of having to file a claim, and get work done. I had just got my home, and already would have to do major repairs. I did so much research trying to find the best to fix my roof, and thanks to HomeAdvisor I found All Star. Within the hour of sending my request Jay had called and set up an appointment to assess the damage. He arrived on time and talked to both my husband and I about the process. He helped explain how the insurance claim would work and even took my husband on the roof to show what was going to be needed for the repairs. When the time came to fix the roof, the crew was efficient and was finished repairing the roof in a day. They were respectful and made sure to clean the lawn and sidewalk and left nothing laying around. When the gutters were replaced they found the perfect color match so I would not have to repaint them. Payment was simple and we are very happy with the work that was done. I know that if I have anymore repairs or any construction projects I'm going to go with Jay and All Star Roofing.

I would never hire them again. What they tell you verbally is no good because they dont honor it. They yell and scream and call you curse words and act like you are stupid because you are old. They left their mess for me to pick up, used 3 of my large trash cans and I had to pay the trash company extra to pick it up. They didnt pick up the excess materials, just been sitting here since September. Left nails and pieces of shingle laying everywhere that I had to pick up myself. They repaired my sprinkler but had me provide the materials.

I haven't had them put on a new roof for me yet, but so far they have been incredible with their service and response time.

They worked very hard with me on my hail damage on my roof and with the insurance. They also helped with another job I needed done from hail damage. They were very professional.

Easy to work with, handled details for me with insurance, answered all questions. They even covered a crawl space roof that I had forgotten about so that it "matched!" Definitely recommend this company.

Very knowledgeable and they offer more than the other roofers we had estimates from for the value of our money.

They work fast, clean, neat job. If u see something u don't like, they fix it for u ASAP.
