"When it comes to what we need to complete a job, it is up to the owner of the company to use what he will need to finish the job. Sometimes you need a climber, bucket truck, or lift, sometimes you just need a chain saw and sometimes if someone tells you we might need a lift, it doesn't mean that you have to have one, just means you might, but I apologize for your experience and that you felt that you were charged to much but I don't ask for any money upfront or ask to paid until the job is complete and the customer is satisfied which I thought you were. I apologize that I didn't understand that you weren't, I tried to contact you by email."

"I am 28 years old, 3rd generation, my family has been in the tree business for over 60 years. I have been doing tree work since I was a kid and started working with my father at 15. I got home schooled and graduated a year early and have been doing tree work full-time ever since. So yes, I am a little younger then most company owners but I have had plenty of experience and time in the business."

"When running a business and being the owner/operator, sometimes estimate runs longer and sometimes things do happen, and I do apologize for that, and when I price a job that's what I need to do it. I can work with the customer some on price, but my price must have been cheaper than the other companies or why go with us. But the way I look at it if I don't like the price about something and I pay it, I don't down the company about the price. The only thing I had to do is say no thanks your tree work is hard and very dangerous and to have the license and insured is not cheap, people do need to keep that in mind."

"I don't get paid until the job is 100% done and the customer is happy except for a few times when the home owner wants to pay me because they wouldn't be there when I was done."
