All Star Water

"Debra contacted All Star Water on March 14th, 2026 for a standard yearly maintenance which was a UV Bulb change. When she called it was a Saturday, which we are not open on weekends. I promptly returned her phone call shortly after opening Monday morning. She did not answer the phone so I left her a voicemail. She returned my call after hours on Monday and left another voicemail stating she can be reached at certain times because she is a teacher. I gave her a call back Tuesday during the time she gave me and was met with her voicemail. She once again called back later that Tuesday but stated she was upset that she hasn?t heard from me, acting like i never called her back. When I listened to the voicemail Wednesday morning I reached out from my personal cellphone and texted her letting her know who I was and asked if she?s been receiving my phone calls and voicemails. This when she informs me she hasn?t received my calls and had to call someone else to change the bulb. I sincerely apologized for the miscommunication and experience she had and offered her a 50% discount on her next service call. After my nice gesture for a what seems to be a technology mishap, She leaves this very false review which is quite upsetting. Yes I am the new owner of this company and I am a one man show, but I have never done any work for this customer and I called her back several times."
