Mr. Andrade was prompt, coming out the same day. He seemed very thorough in diagnosing the problem with our refridgerator, and repaired it within an hour.

They did eventually follow through with the job, but in the beginning most of these services commit to you only to cancel at the last minute. I believe their strategy is to book as many appointments in a short period of time and force you to move your appointment to other date and time if they can't make it even though they told you it wouldn't be a problem keeping the appointment. You may want to play the same game and schedule appointments with multiple companies until someone finally arrives and then cancel the other guys. This will ensure you get some help.

Very friendly and helpful contractor. He stepped me through what the issue was so that I knew exactly what needed to be fixed. The price was reasonable for the extra nice service that was provided. One thing that would have been nice is to be provided with an itemized breakdown of parts prices on the invoice. Other than that I would highly recommend them to a friend.

Beware! I have a Thermador stovetop needing repair--the starters would not light on a couple burners. They got a $200 deposit from me to "order the parts", then they DISAPPEARED. Nobody answers any of their 3 phone numbers, just straight to voicemail. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WOULD I HIRE THEM AGAIN. They provided service quickly took my hundreds of dollars, and when I called them because the part malfunctioned within the warranty period, I never rec'd a call back from my SEVEN messages. Then, when I did make contact with them on my 8th call, they scheduled an appointment to repair and NEVER showed up for the service. When I called back, they said the appt. was misplaced and rescheduled. AGAIN they DID NOT show up. I called back again, and was assured they would keep this appt. Yes, you guessed it, NO SHOW. Please do yourself a favor and hire someone else.

Came out quickly and was able to work around my schedule. Provided a 1 year warranty on repairs to my refridgerator, which was great because the repair failed the following week. He came out and made good on the warranty and everything has been working fine since.

Alfonso was unable to fix my washing machine; it was apparently beyond repair. After making three trips to my house and trying two different motors and replacing the control panel, he didn't charge me. He offered to install any new washing machine I bought, if installation wasn't included.

I could not believe how fast it all happened when I punched in our info and got return calls immediately!! To my surprise, Alfonso from All State Appliance Repairs came right out and was MORE than professional and helpful. My experience in the past had really soured me on getting repairs done at home, yet, meeting Alfonso, was automatic in trusting him. To keep the story short, I will Absolutely recommmed all my family, friends, neighbors, and clients to his company. I was very satisfied at how he kept he word, knew what he was doing, and did work for us over the phone before he even came out and didn't even charge a service fee. All State did a great job! It was a little more than I wanted to pay. The parts he quoted me were not $89 as he said. Online I saw them for a little over $20 dollars. But I guess you pay for knowledge! So it was worth the price even though parts could have been less.
