All State Asphalt

Supposedly there are different thicknesses of sealer. I went with the more expensive one (since my driveway was in pretty bad shape). Don't really feel like its holding up as well as it should have (it's been 8 months since the project was done), being as the expensive sealer was double the cost of your average sealer.

They did a good job.

They completed the job, but several parts of the driveway are not sealed. I sent pictures and was told this is the first time this has happened. I was assured they would be back out to make thing right, but things were busy. I called again and was told they were not taking any more jobs this year, so I was at the top of their list. Still no response. I paid in cash and asked for a receipt showing payment. No response. I have called again and left a message. No response, no receipt, no call, no finished job. I am hopeful this post will get a response. I am sorry that this mat be what it takes for them to communicate with a customer who has been patient.

The sealant washed off most of the driveway and they have not come by to correct the problem as of yet. Michael said they would take care of it and I'm still waiting for them.

This is a family owned, multigeneration business! They are youthful, yet professional with loads of knowledge! Made my choice based on those factors! Pleased to have worked with them!

Very accomadating and polite

I feel like I was scammed, but it was partly my fault. I did not get a quote in writing detailing exactly what they would be doing. Micheal was a nice guy and seemed somewhat professional so I trusted him. I was told that they would fill the major cracks with sand before applying the topcoat, which they didn't do. Or maybe they did, but did a horrible job. The cracks are just as deep as before and they have already re-cracked through the topcoat. I should have suspected shortcuts as they were done extremely quickly. I asked if a second coat was needed and they suggested I do it. I again trusted what I was being told and they did the second coat for an additional cost. I assumed the second coat would be done a few days after the first but they said it could be done immediately. I am so disappointed and will have to have the driveway sealed again next year. Lesson learned here. I should have spent a little more and gone with the very reputable company that gave me a detailed quote in writing.

They made a mistake on the initial quote but ended up not going over my total budget. It worked out well for both of us.

Very happy with their work. They took the time to fully determine what was needed to repair a poor resurfacing job and they did what they said they would do! Best driveway sealing ever!

Great service and communication as we worked to get a time for the service... Pleasant young men.. Polite... Driveway looks great and they encourage me to contact them if I encounter any issues, like after the winter, when drive will be " scraped" due to snow!

The gentlemen that came out gave a fine affordable quote. Explained the process and how long it would take. They also explained that they would touch it up the next few years at no cost. I look forward to business with them again.
