Our project got delayed several times, but was eventually completed to our satisfaction. John was very pleasant to work with. We would use Fence Masters again if we have the need.

Buyer be aware, contractor provides estimates and take deposit for the work that was never done. Poor communications.

Company failed to returned phones calls for work they got paid to do.

Fast installation!

Everything was okay. Great guys, but had to ask for some large gaps at the bottom of different fence areas to be corrected by lowering the planks in those sections. Not sure why that was even an issue that needed addressing??? However, they did eventually do everything they said they would concerning the fence itself...with exception of an adjustment from a change request.

The owner was very friendly and prompt. His crew was equally friendly. The quality of work was sub-standard. For the price I paid I expected more.

The work was timely and professionally done.

Original Review: First attempt to sink the posts was a failure due to not putting them low enough in the ground. They left quite a bit of debris after their first visit which I asked them to remove. There were quite a few rain delays (not their fault), but they did a very very poor job of communicating with me on when they would be back to finish the job. I was constantly having to track them down. After resetting the posts and working very hard to finish I was prepared to think all was great and was going to give them a positive review. Then the main worker at first refused to remove the debris from the original visit. He then claimed it was my neighbor who did it (who is 65 and has a broken foot). It literally showed up the day they did the original work and I could trace the debris back to the original tree. He finally agreed to remove the debris, but not after making a big deal about it... like he was doing me a huuuge favor. It was late when they finished the work on the last day. The next day I was trying to cut the grass and noticed they left metal pieces in the yard and chunks of concrete from the original attempt to sink the posts. Then I found a large amount of debris on the other side of the yard that they snuck into some shrubbery. The price was high, the quality of the work was pretty good, but their inability to communicate, rude customer service, and willingness to leave debris forces me to recommend staying away from this company at all costs. Updates: I wanted to leave my original review to show how much effort the project manager put into making things right and changing my mind about their company. John, the project manager, worked hard to make sure all my concerns were met. All the debris has been removed and he even agreed to improve one of the posts that is just a bit loose. John is dedicated to ensuring his customers are not only pleased with the product, but are happy with how they are treated. He also tells me the two fellas that worked on the job are no longer with the company. I highly recommend both John and the All State Fence Company.

Great guys. Respectful, listened to my requests, and did a great job with a great attitude. Started and finished in a timely manner.

Crew was courteous and addressed all concerns and questions. Everything was done in a timely manner and they delivered the results they promised. They did a perfect job! I could not have asked for better!
