All State Mechanical, LLC

On 4/5/19 we hired All State Mechanical to replace our existing furnace. The furnace they installed did not work, it flooded the basement and the air conditioner did not work. They actually duct taped the system together, requested batteries for their new thermostat and used our bathroom scale to measure the refrigerant. They were late for scheduled appointments if they came at all. They came out for 2 call backs but still could not get it to work. Then they quit answering our calls. We left messages daily but they were not returned. When we called from a different number, and they did answer replying they would be out sometime that day; but, they did not come out. Doing business with All State Mechanical was a very bad and very expensive mistake. We deeply regret hiring them.

I had a new AC and Furnace installation done. Like the review before me, I had thermostat issues at first. The owners and workers are really very nice people. It was a bit of a hassle scheduling because they had to come out to St. Peters 3 times. However, I was confident that they would get it fixed for me, and they did just that!! Everything is working great!

They installed the HVAC it shorted out twice they said the first time an apprentice had wired it 2 weeks later it shorted out again. I had to hire another contractor to fix there mistake. I turned them into the Attorney Generals office they lied and said they wired everything to code. That is not what the other contractor and a certified electrician said and it cost me $345 to hire the other contractor on the weekend and I had to replace the circuit breaker at $140.33 and they refused to pay the bill. it could have burned my house down. Grand total $485.33 DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.

Very knowledgeable guys. Worked with me for my budget and timeframe. No pressure to spend or upgrade more. They were done pretty quickly too.

They explained things to me, and didn't try to sell me services or items I didn't need. The system worked great right away and I definitely think it was worth the charge!

First off, these guys were out at my home in 2 days!!! That is incredible considering some of the other more well known HVAC companies around town couldn’t come out for weeks or even months! These guys came out and were on time and very professional. They did a full diagnostic on my AC unit and they cleaned it up to the point where it looks like I have a completely new AC unit. It now runs much quieter and much smoother. The guys at All State Mechanical also had THE BEST PRICE for annual maintenance that I’ve been able to find anywhere! I would absolutely hire these guys again in the future!
