We were having trouble with our wood/yankee gutter system. They came to give a quote- friendly, on time, honest.... we decided to hold off before proceeding with upgrading our drainage system.

Showed up on time for estimate and work. When had questions were very accommadating giving information and arranging project. Also had the best warantee of all competators.

Roof is in place and seems fine. Clean up was extensive and thorough. Never met the foreman for the job. Had a dumpster on my property for weeks. But they came in on estimate and the workmanship seems to have been high grade. So all businesses have glitches and I'd recommend them because the delivered what I wanted-- nice new roof and gutters. Some bumps in the road but not a deal breaker. You'll be happy in the end if you use them.

The 1 star rating is based on my experience to date 11/10/08. I cannot rate the quality of their work because after 2 months the job hasn't begun. I gave a deposit on 9/8/08, and my check cleared the bank on 9/10/08. All-State applied for a permit 9/17/08, six working days after my check cleared the bank. The permit was received on 10/15/08 and since then they have been awaiting delivery of two tinted skylights (specific measurements).

I decided to choose All-State Roofing and Siding to tear off and replace two layers of old shingles because they seemed to be an experienced company with good customer service and also offered several payment options. Their pricing was about middle-ground, compared to other companies. The crew worked diligently and completed the job in a day. They cleaned up fairly well. The roof looked great, but after a week later, a heavy rain came and I had a small leak next to a skylight. I quickly called their office and the next day, they sent someone over to inspect and repair the roof. There was some minor damage to the sheetrock, but easy to fix for any homeowner. Its been six months later and the roof is fine and leak-free.

They were very professional, however we decided to hire another roofer. We weren't budgeted to make the extensive repairs recommended by All State.

Customer phone is good. You always got answer. Processing is quite slow. -- 23 days. I got appointment. not too bad. Though it will rain tomorrow, I target for next week. Will keep updating my experiences. --27 days. completed the job. OK. No rain yet. Some Nail on lawn.

very nice and honest individual. quick service. It was a small job and still came to get it done. Others have not been so accomodating.

Have to complete project later. The agent was very thorough and infornative and pleasant. Project completed 01/08/09 well done . May hire for Siding.

There have been a couple of issues that arose after the job was completed. However, they were very prompt in taking care of the issues. The issues did not bother me as they were very quick to respond to correct them.

Very professional, did a thorough inspection of the roof, took detailed pictures of the defects and provided estimates, all these are despite the fact that another roofer said everything is "fine" with the roof. Highly recommended.

I needed to fix some leaks over my garage and attic, install snow guards, and also replace some broken slates. All-State was the only roofing company to actually climb up on our slate roof and give a thorough inspection before giving an estimate. All the others just assessed it from the street. I felt their estimate would be appropriate for the work needed and there would not be any hidden surprises. They did a great job. Haven't had rain yet so we will see about the leaks, but they say they guarantee all their work. I will follow up. So far, great.
