All-State Seamless Gutters & Leaders, Inc.

I'm giving them a 1.5 since they did install the gutters on my house. However, in the process of installing the gutters the workers managed to put very large holes in the screens of my windows and leave slash marks behind. When I called to discuss this with them, I didn't receive a call back for two days. When they finally got back to me, they told me that they "didn't do this" and that there was nothing they could do to help me. Don't go with this contractor. They are cheaper up front but not worth it in the end now that I need to replace all my window screens.

Poor communication in the beginning. Once that was corrected everything went well. 2 workers sent did an excellent job!!

Great company . Super fast response to Home Advisor project request . James , the estimator , was here the next day . Total pro and very helpful explaining all the options and costs . Had crew here ahead of schedule . Fantastic group of guys . Neat , fast and efficient . They even replaced the grass where the drains were installed by cutting it out in pieces like sod . Would highly recommend this outfit to anyone looking to install , repair or replace with custom seamless gutters , leaf guards and drainage systems .

They got deposit in Oct. 2013 and did my job in Jan. 2014. Never return phone calls or email before getting involed with homeadvisor. Zero customer service.

Took forever after they had my deposit. I had to make multiple phone calls to find out what was going on. Sales associate had a major attitude problem. Crew left nails and sheet metal pieces all over property and street. The gutters look nice, I hope they last so I don't EVER have to deal with them again. Totally unprofessional. I only gave them a half star cause I had to!!!

The rep called immediately and made an appointment to come and give a quote. He was punctual and gave a written quote. On acceptance of the quote after a couple of days (I did some comparison shopping), he said someone would call me within a few days to set up a date to do the job, which probably would be in a couple of weeks. Someone from the office called within a day or two and fixed up a day in the same week. They wanted to start at 7 AM, but out of respect for the neighbors, agreed to start at 8 AM. The crew came on the day at 7:45 and started and finished the job in 4-5 hours. Cleaned up all the mess. All in all a very professional job.

The installers showed up on time and the work was done in a very professional manner. The price was reasonable. The workers cleaned up and left the area in immaculate condition. The gutters, gutter guard, and leaders work very well. I would definitely recommend this company. Great job and happy!
