Aithough they were quick to respond to my request for an estimate, it took several weeks to have the job done. I do realize that this was a small job, but it seemed there was a slight communication problem. I still think thier work was professiona and complete. I would recommend to others.

Very efficient. The estimate ws extremely thorough (and that led to my choosing them). The estimator made a valueable suggestion about re-routing my leaders. The only unfortunate thing was that I felt that they were unnecessarily "hounding" me for the payment. My check went out withing two days of completion and I had 4 voice mails and 1 e-mail for payment. Other than that, I'm very pleased with the result.

Very little communication, took almost a month to get job done. Finally got called at 6:30 am, was told crew would be at house at 8 am, crew didn't show up until after 1 pm and several more phone calls to find out where they were. Company didn't seem to care about our happiness with our decision to use them, would not recommend.

We schedule jobs in advance and notify our clients with installation dates.Certain months of the year due to high volume of work we can schedule a work to be completed within 3 to 4 weeks.Not everyone can be happy with our schedule but no one will complain about our workmanship. As per this client at the end of our services we were able to satisfy and received a positive comments from them. Now I don't understand the reasoning of the reviews they left. This is effecting our ratings and request for service magic to delete it completely. It will effect our overall performance"

Job: New gutters and leaders installed. PRO: Best price, John and crew did a good job in the rain - 5+ stars to them. Con: Office scheduling. On Thurs, I was told to expect the crew on Saturday so roofer removed gutters. I lost Saturday waiting for them, called the office for 3 hours before got someone on the phone, and was told I was not on the schedule until Tues. John (foreman) called back and promised to do the job on Monday morning, and he did. Bottom line: I would recommend due to price and quality, but I suggest calling the office to double check their scheduling .

Very inobtrusive and convenient. I told them via telephone what I wanted, they came, assessed, left an estimate (I wasn't even home). Mail back the accepted estimate with 20% down. They came did the job, put everything back the way they found it (even rehung the decorative lights on the newly installed gutter), again, I wasn't even home. They mailed the final bill. DONE. Good job, thanks. PLUS: they had the most competetive price.

Estimate was given promply and installation was done within a week. Took them only about 90 minutes to install them including theymade sue my downspouts were unclogged before they left. Have had 2 major rains since and no leaks or clogging. My neighbor is calling them too.

came right out to give me an estimate for repair. The estimate was significantly lower than the two ohers I had recieved. Completed work in a timely manner and did an excellent job.
