they were good to call 30 minutes prior to being at the house so I was able to plan my day accordingly and not wait for them for the 4 hour window. Their work was excellent. I had another company do the same job 1.5 years ago. It cost me 3 times what All Stone charged and the work was not as good as All stone!!!

Excellent time frame and conscience employees. My only critique is I think they went too light on the sealing process. My crack looks good, but can feel open edges that need filler/ grout.

I have used them on more than one occasion and they do great work, provide quality service and I would recommend them to others.

They made immediate phone contact and were very professional. An appointment was made and contact prior to their arrival as promised. The work was explained prior to its start and was done quickly. Cleanup was complete and he spent extra time reviewing some issues and other questions I had. I would ask them back for other work without question.

Mr. Malnar gave me an accurate estimate over the phone, was able to schedule my job within a week of when I called him, he showed up on time, he was very neat and cleaned up as he went along, when there was a question about the size and color of the tile he consulted with me, and even though he had to trim the edges of each tile he did not go over his quoted price. He also voluntarily fixed a problem with the shower pipe that was coming out of the wall. I was very happy with his work and with my whole experience with Service Magic, which my sister recommended.

Ray did a great job and exceeded my expectations for my ceramic tile repair job. He arrived on time, finished on time, and completed the job at the agreed upon price. He kept me informed of the progress of the job and answered all of my questions about it. He was efficient and professional at all times. Most importantly, his workmanship was superb. He replaced five cracked or damaged tiles and re-grouted and his work blends seemlessly into the existing flooring. I'd recommend Ray to anyone who needs ceramic tile repair work done.
