All Superior Construction, LLC

I am extremely dissatisfied with the services provided by Superior Construction. They installed a new roof on my residence, but it began leaking within a week. Unfortunately, the company's owner exhibited unprofessional behavior, including the use of derogatory language. I would not recommend their services to anyone due to this negative experience. The quality of work did not align with the prices they charged. Consequently, we were forced to hire another company to rectify the issues, as Superior Construction refused to address their mistakes.

I have hired this roofing company to replace my flat roof and the workmanship and professionalism of the work done was so bad that the roof started to heavily leak 2- 3 years after installation although it was warrantied for 10 years. The roof coating and sealing is peeling off due to incorrect installation and materials used. The company does not return my calls or messages and show complete disrespect to the customer. I am very disappointed with the quality of work and customer service communication with the company principles.

I had about a $6000 repair done in 2 spots in August 2022. In May 2023 one room was leaking The company did not respond to repeated calls. Finally, someone answers and promised to come out. Of course, they did not. More phone calls ensued. Finally, someone came out and re-hammered and caulked a shingle. The section releaked last week. Another phone call and they said they will come out this week. They didn't. I just went into the other room where the other repair was to find a wet bed. Yet another call was made. I know we are going to have to find another contractor and we are out about $6000, The kicker is that in April 2023 they redeposted via mobile app a personal check of $5100 that they initially deposited in August 2022. Bank of America computers did not catch the double deposit and took the money out. I did get it back in 3 day but the mortgage was due before then and we had to scramble to cash to pay. I would not recommed them for roofing.

Had a new porch step installed and some cement work done in my alleyway to keep water away from the foundation on 5/26/23. Old step was removed, new step was replaced. Looks great. Neat job. With regard to the cement in the alleyway, there is a crack in the cement every 1.5 to 2 ft. Called John and left message about this and asked that someone come and take a look at it. Up to today, I have not heard back from him. At this point, it appears I am never going to receive a call back about this issue. Alice T

Thoroughly cleaned out the gutters. Made sure the down spouts were working. Would recommend and use these pros again.

I needed some for a second opinion and it needed to be done in a timely manner, All Superior went above and beyond helping me and was able to meet all my needs with a couple days. Very nice, easy to communicate with and had a great response time. Would recommend for any job.!! They completed the job in 2 days and did amazing work! The quality was phenomenal!

His team came, did all the gutters in just a few hours, AND weâ re as quiet as possible - again, I super appreciated this as I had told Mel that I was going to be working from home via zoom all morning. His team cleaned up after themselves very well, I even saw one of the crew looking very meticulously in the driveway and around our cars for any debris that might end up in our tires. They were honestly fantastic! My home looks SO much better and is better protected with the new seamless aluminum gutters. I am extremely pleased with the whole experience, from start to finish.Highly recommend!

The first time I used All Superior Construction it was to replace my roof. Not an easy job as I have a very pitched Tudor style roof. The crew that was sent out was so professional, clean and completed the job quickly. So when I needed some gutter realignment and repair they were the only company I even considered. Again, very professional, cleaned up the area and even patched some stucco. I would highly recommend All Superior to anyone

I had a great experience with All Superior. They were quick to come out and give me an estimate. I had contacted other companies, and I had to nag them to come out and check out my situation. All Superior was there when they said they would be, and kept me updated if there was an issue with coming out. I would recommend them in an instant. Overall excellent service.

All Superior is great. We got estimates from three companies. All Superior gave us the best price estimate and was clear and up front about possible factors that could affect the estimate. When it was time to do the job, they found a perfect window of opportunity in September when we wouldnâ t have rain, and their team was quick and efficient. The bulk of the job was done in about a day and a half. The final cost matched the estimate -- no surprises. The roof looks great and is watertight. I really canâ t recommend these guys highly enough.

All superior is the real deal. The minute I met Mel I knew I was in good hands. His workmanship is true art, professionalism and customer service is top notch. The owner and staff are efficient and their attention to detail stands out. All Superior was able to exercise all the permits and maneuvered through the inspection process without hesitation. Whether it's a referral to a past client or friend who needs repairs on their current home or a client in escrow on a home who needs a roofing inspection, he is my go to! This company is always on time, fair and extremely honest with his estimates. I highly recommend calling them first!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Great business. All Superior was awesome, came out quick and gave a estimate that I loved. They have an awesome team that gets the job done. The team is very clean and organized while working. They did not leave a mess after completing the job. Redid my roof over, I will be using there services on my next building in December!

All Superior was extremely easy to work with and offered a great price for a roofing replacement off the bat. Quality work and would definitely recommend him anyone looking into a roofing project.

Our roof is very difficult, with a steep pitch, as well as some flat areas, for which he ended up using a roll-out product that looks great. His crew removed three layers of asphalt shingle, as well as the original wood shake, installed all new plywood, and did an amazing job installing new shingles. They even replaced some of the fascia that had been rotting. They did an excellent job cleaning the job site after each day, and it took a total of seven working days to complete our project. He worked with my wife and I to place the vents in places where they would be less visible, but still effective. I can already feel the house is cooler as it's starting to warm up. Thank you all superior!

We are so fortunate to have found Mel and his company. I received five quotes for our roof, and he was the only one who actually got on a ladder to inspect and give a comprehensive bid. All superior is very experienced and stands by the reputation of his work, his crew, and company to make sure we were satisfied with the end result.

Amazing work wow! In addition to installing a high quality roof, All Superior also got rid of all the bird nests, filled all gaps and holes, removed an old satellite dish with patching and filling, removed a lot of rotted wood, painted whatever they added to match the house, put in new gutters, added roof vents, and left my property immaculately clean when they left.All in all, I would strongly recommend hiring this kind and talented roofing company. Their work is clean, excellent, and utterly professional.

I had no idea how happy I could be with a new roof. The service and pricing were as excellent as they could possibly be and on top of all that, the team was an absolute delight to have around. I had a panic moment after the installation began about the color of the shingles that I approved. You would think it would have annoyed them but they patiently gave me time to decide if I wanted to stop and order something else, or move forward. I moved forward because I realized I was panicking over nothing. It could have been a moment to make me feel stupid but they genuinely just wanted me to be happy with the job. The materials used were superior to any of the other ones I was being offered by other roofers when I shopped around. The price per square foot of the job was much better than everyone else. I was also surprised at how much attention was paid to the aesthetics of the job, the crew was proud of their work when the job was done and I was proud of how beautiful my house looked.

Very glad we had chosen All Superior to reroof our home.They started as scheduled and completed the work on time,with quality workmanship .This was our first major home improvement project,and we are happy it worked out well. They helped me address several problems with my roof. All Superior came out to look at my roof, listened to my concerns, and provided suggestions. He then sent me a detailed quote with a breakdown of the work and cost, which made it easy to understand. I didn't end up proceeding with the work right away because I was pre-occupied with other construction projects. A few weeks passed and when I contacted All Superior again to proceed with the project, they came out again to show me how the work will be done. Shortly thereafter, his team came out and completed the work as described. The team was great. Easy to communicate with and responsive. They worked with the team on one of the days. The all Superior team were amazing to work with. From start to finish the crew was very professional and attentive. They laid out the plan and followed through with it. All work was done quickly within the week, from demo, rotted wood replacement to new roof install. We couldn't be happier and have recommended them to our neighbors, friends and family.
