Tom restored the surface of bathroom sink on July 29, 2018. In early September 2019, we saw the paint chipped and the sink started rusting. I called and texted him a few times and there is no response. Very bad experience!!! He wrote 3-year warranty on his receipt.

Tom did an excellent job. He prepped the site very carefully to avoid harming any nearby surfaces. Our claw foot bathtub--which must be 100 years old--looks brand new. The epoxy is pretty nasty stuff, but it sure did the trick. I would recommend Tom without reservation.

I was impressed with this company's way of doing business. It was refreshing! Ernest was prompt in giving a quote within about an hour of sending him photos of our tub. He provided helpful information, was quick to respond via text and answered his phone. Great customer service. He followed up with emailed quote and instructions once the decision was made to reglaze. He was on time, brought in all his equipment, was neat, did a SUPERB job in fixing the chips in the tub and did a SUPERB job in the reglazing of the tub and walls. It looks FANTASTIC! He was very professional and pleasant. It was, without a doubt, a real pleasure doing business with him.

Tom Bogardus was wonderful to work with. The Rectory at my church had a blue tub and with a new Rector coming we wanted to make it white. He called me the same day I lefts him a message and asked me to send pictures and I did. He then called with a quote, I accepted and we set a date and time. When Tom was finished we could not believe what a beautiful job he had done. His work on the tub made it look like the entire bathroom had been renovated! I had also asked for a recommendation as to what to clean the surrounding tile with and he actually cleaned it for me. I would highly recommend Tom to do any resurfacing job that needed to be done. I am so happy we hired Tom to paint the tiles and bathtub in our master bathroom. He was on time and professional in every way. His estimate was in line with other companies but he offers a longer warranty period. He also received excellent reviews from previous customers. Tom completed the job in one day and gave us clear advice about how to clean our newly resurfaced tiles. I could not be more pleased with the final result and would definitely recommend his company for this type of job.
