Project: Repair or Service an Appliance
I called this service on Thursday to repair my oven, whose heating element had failed. Because we were able to provide the model number, he was able to get the part and installed it the next day, exactly when he said he would be here. He was courteous and polite and quick in doing the repair. We have had experience with repairmen not showing up at all when we called. He was everything a repairman should be. I can not praise him enough. I would recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone with an appliance problem.

Came once , but needed to return since a part had to be replaced. Courteous, on time, friendly , explained the problem and how to avoid some of it in the future. Just wished I had asked about some of the discount they offered, but if need arises will call them again.

They were friendly & curtious & offered some tips on using installed appliance. COMPLETELY IMPRESSED WITH SERVICE PREFORMED. NEW PRODUCT THEY WERE INSTALLING AND ADVISED TIPS ON USE.

These folks were courteous, efficient, on time and reasonably priced. As I questioned them on the progress they always provided a plausible explanation of what they were doing and why. No doubt I would have them back again.

The company responded quickly to my request. The technicians showed up when they said they would, discovered the problem, ordered a part and returned within two days to install it. These folks are professional, courteous and efficient and I would recommend them.
