Great job! We needed our water heater replaced on Memorial Day. They came out that morning. The young men were very professional. Matt explained everything and the job was done in a timely manner.

Wow. All Tech took all the pain out of what could have been a stressfull situation. I found my heater broken late on a friday night and it was fixed by noon on Saturday. If only everything in life were this easy. very fast no fuss.

MATT COMPLETED MY WELL PUMP REPLACEMENT WITH ALL NEW ELECTRICAL WIRING, PLUMBING AND A NEW TANK IN THE BASEMENT.HE WAS A TRUE PROFESSIONAL.HE EXPLAINED THE JOB NEEDED AND WAS PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL. I HIGHLY RECOMEND HIM!!!

I had work done on my heating system by a company by another company in East Stroudsburg PA, on 12/8 & 9, and less than 24hrs after they left. Turned the unit back on and a loud pop,burning smell and I had no heat. After 5 days of excuses and no response I called All Tech mechanical.Matt said well give them another day and if not call me. He actually called me back before the end of day to make sure we were okay. No call from other company so i called matt and He came same day. And was amazed and in utter disbelief at the mess that was done in my home. He replaces the parts they put in with new parts and a warranty. I have a wireless thermostat. If i could put up the picture of before and after. SHOCKING. A job that took them 2 days took matt 3 hours and $400 cheaper and a warranty. Im not finish with that company bc they owe me some money. But Thank you Matt, i have a new electrician. LESSON LEARNED LEAVE THESE SMALL MOM AND POP BUSINESS ALONE. Happy warm customer this evening.

After installation, no additional mess to clean up. They called within 15 to 30 minutes. Removal and installation took place the next day after down payment was received. We are very pleased and would use them again in the distant future. I don't want another breakdown, lol. But I recommend All Tech Mechanical.
