I hired this company based on the reviews they received from Home advisor. They were reasonably priced and seemed capable of completing the work. Initially things didn?t go very well. Lots of things were done incorrectly, or weren?t done at all. However Scott apologized and came to make the corrections himself. So in total I think it took 4 trips out to my house to complete a 1 day job. The last time I pointed out I still needed an outlet for my stove. The tech explained he didn?t have an outlet with him and I probably should wait and call him back when I knew what kind of plug my stove would have. So I messaged Scott the day my stove arrived with a pic of the plug. That was almost a month ago and I still don?t have my stove hooked up. He has either ignored me or scheduled and canceled appts. They also came out twice to fix some exterior outlets which are still coming out of the wall. The quality of even the completed work wasn?t great and the lack of customer service to even respond to me is unacceptable. I would not hire this company again.
