Very personable and prompt. Ordered the unit and installed on a Saturday. We were very grateful for that since we had out of town guests and the temps were in the 90s. Did a great job and left everything like they found it. Emailed us the next day to check that everything was working properly. Will be purchasing the twice a year maintenance plan.

Andres the owner I believe replied to my inquiry right away by text and called first thing the following morning. Was out as promised for appointment. Andres and his teammate got my AC unit up and running very quickly. No upselling on anything I didn't need and I signed up for the annual maintenance plan with them. At arrival both put on shoe covers, were very polite and left mess. Pricing was better than I anticipated that it would that day. Alltemp is forsure my new AC company. Would highly recommend to anyone.

These guys came on time, were easy to talk to and very knowledgeable of the functions to perform. They were very thorough and explained as they went about resolving the problem. They did their job very well and I felt pleased with their rates. The issue (leaking/clogging) was resolved and I m now happy they re fully responsible for service & maintenance.
