All Terrain Contracting (ATC) is a full service restoration and construction company. Founded by Keith Seiden in November 2002, ATC has grown into a reputable leader in this industry. ATC's success is possible because of its focus and commitment to the highest level of quality work and customer satisfaction. Mr. Seiden started ATC with one employee and a pick up truck working out of his garage and now has ten full time employees, a permanent office and warehouse, and four company vehicles. Centrally located in Denver, ATC provides services throughout Colorado. Keith graduated from Colorado State University with a BS Degree in Construction Management. During his fifteen years of experience in the industry, he has managed hundreds of restoration, remodeling and ground-up projects from small single family home remodels to the complete restoration of commercial buildings. Keith's vast experience and dedication to his trade has earned him a solid reputation as a knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy professional. Customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of any successful business and is our number one goal.
