I have been using All Terrain Landscaping for more than 30 years. In all that time, Mike and his team have designed the landscaping for each of my last 5 homes and have never ceased to amaze me with their abilities and creativity. Mike has a way with nature like no other and a team that implements each creation with heartfelt care and excellence rarely found. Mike and his crew were fantastic. It was a real pleasure working with Mike. He is very professional but yet knows how to communicate with you to make it easier for you to understand. The work that was done to our front yard is beautiful. They were very fast also. I can't say enough about the experience we had with them. We normally don't like to recommend companies, but with this company, we had to let people know you can't go wrong with using them for your landscaping. By the way, this was the second time we used them. Both time some experience and we would do it again.

Mike hit the ground running and was very upbeat and positive. We agreed that his company would clear the existing landscaping across the front of the house. He also did a power fertilization of a royal palm in my front yard. When it came to selecting new plants for the project, things went downhill from there. He was pushing a $6500 exotic palm or a smaller $5500 palm of the same type as the "core" to the project. When told that we were not interested in either palm, Mike was never seen or heard from again. The project was completed without All Terrain Landscaping, although I did pay him over one thousand dollars to clear the old vegetation and to soak the royal palm. I'm not sure who really got soaked, me or the palm tree.

Mike was very prompt and reliable. He was able to get my job done on time despite the fact that I required completion to the point of city approval within 10 days. He worked well with my general contractor and communicated with me at every stage of the project. The job site was left clean each day and looked great at completion. I would recommend all Terrain for any landscape need at your home.

Michael was one of four landscapers I received quotes from but he was the only one that took the extra time to educate. From the start of the project until the very end, Michael and his team were on-time and very professional. While I personally think the end result looks fantastic, it is the compliments from my neighbors that confirms it!

Mike and Gordy at All Terrain made a special emergency trip on a Sunday to rescue my koi after the pond drained due to a stupid user error with the pump while I was out of town. They took care to refill it with non-chlorine treated water so as to not harm the fish. This was a few years after doing an awesome landscaping job which won us a property improvement award from the city of Wilton Manors. I can't say enough about the professional job and the really extraordinary personal care we've received from All Terrain.

2 trees removed,front and side yards removal of overgrown stubs and clean up and pruning of mature trees. Did a good job but had to make them come a second time to correct a stump grinding and do final cleaning. Mike was making sure I was hoppy before final payment.

They are completely unprofessional. There seems to be no communication within this company. They show up without any notice whatsoever to the homeowner. I came home one day to find them in my backyard working without my permission. When questioned they were extremely rude. They were supposed to grade the backyard to eliminate water coming on my patio. When they were done they actually made the problem worse. They don't appear to listen or care to understand what the customer says or wants. I would never hire this company.

"The customer was very anxious to get the work started. He complained that there were no good contractors in South Florida, and he hoped we were better than the rest he had dealt with. (I should have went with my intuition and not agreed to do the job) He was under time constraints and wanted to get started right away. I informed him that it would take 3 day not including weekends and holidays to call Florida no cuts (an underground utility company ran by the state of Florida) and if we started work prior to this, we could be charged with a crime for not following the law. We called the customer prior to starting to let him know that we had the approval form Florida no cuts. He did not pick up, I left a message that we were on our way. The customer was difficult to reach during the process. When he called to yell at me, I informed him I left a message on his voicemail. He must have missed it. We have been in business 38 years. We have an excellent 5 star reputation as you can see by our long list of happy customers, we always walk our customers through the process of the project. We are very sensitive to our customers needs, as we are there to have them enjoy the installation of the new landscaping. The customer immediately changed the scope of work and complained up front.. "You better not charge me anymore money:". To appease him, we did not charge him for additional work he added, which was an add on of 25% more work that he added to the job. He had a chip on his shoulder from the start. I feel that his complaint is completely unfair, especially because of the extra work that was given to him by my company"

The landscapers did a good job they were a little bit hard to get in contact with if you needed anything every time you try to call the voicemail was full and you would just need to call back. I feel like they were a little bit overpriced overall they did a pretty good job I would probably use them again.

Mike Squallice had the best ideas and a vision for my property beyond belief. The crew with Gordy in charge delivered. Mike pays attention to every detail and goes beyond your wildest dreams. To call Mike Squillace a landscaper is an understatment - he is a visionary! He took a blank slate lawn and created a tropical oasis. From our initial conversation with Mike, we knew immediately he understood our vision. We took a tour of his 40 acre nursery where he communicated the pros/ cons of each plant and which ones were ideal for our lawn. Then he came out twice to survey the land and design a plan that would provide a tropical canopy - functional yet aesthetic. The day of the transformation, he arrived on-site with his team (who are top-notch) and worked diligently over the course of 2 days. The end product was nirvana! Our back yard looks like a shagri-la and we were in awe of the his work! Mike et team are absolutely the best to work with and we highly recommend him - from vision to execution, he is hands-down the best in the business!

Mike responded to the request immediately and came out to the home to give an estimate for the work. The landscape team was professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of the project-design, planting, sprinklers and lighting. The plan was executed as quoted and any extras were discussed and agreed upon before the work was completed. The entire job was completed within the timeline. I would highly recommend All Terrain for your landscaping project.
