Jake Coffman responded after we requested a quote for roof repair. A visual inspection from the ground showed some "bald" spaces between shingles but I'm not able to get on the roof to look more closely. He found the problem quickly and explained we would need a new roof soon. Our previous roofer did a shoddy job, using only 2-3 nails on a shingle square that should have had at least 10, so the weight of the shingles pulled them down. Due to our financial situation, Jake agreed to do a temporary repair that was affordable & would give us more time to save money for the big job. Even though he had has wife with him, he went to the store for nails immediately and came back to do the repair the same day. My wife & I were very grateful for Jake's diligence and his concern for our situation. He went above & beyond what we expected, and you can be sure All Terrain will be our first call when we're ready for the new roof and/or gutters. Impressive!

They cleaned up after themselves. They stuck with it until it was done. The materials were high quality and it looked better than it did before they started.

He was very good. He worked through every faucet of the job and even helped me out with the insurance claim as well.
