Very disappointed in the work of this contractor. Sloppy work, was on his cell phone the WHOLE time he was working on our project and when I asked questions, it was as if I was bothering or interrupting him from his personal phone call...didn't clean up edges and didn't prepare patio as it should have been prepared. I took photos of all of the poor quality work...I was continually told that making sure edges weren't rough or filling in holes wasn't part of the original contract. Had I known the quality of work would have been this poor, I would not have hired this contractor. He also informed me that other customers of his often paid him extra for his work...would definitely NOT recommend. This was my first contractor used with Home Advisors...

"First she asked me for references to give me a small project of $670. I gave her a budget that included doing Pressure wash, and repair for 4 patches of concrete and apply an overlay. I did the pressure wash on the first day of work. I did 7 patches, 3 more than we had talked about. I also did 2 more joints that needed to be fixed and we also didn't talk about it. A 6-foot long crack as well as applying Np1 caulking in two windows that I didn't have to do. However, every time I do a job, I try to do my best as if it were my house, she was very kind, she gave me ice water twice, she offered me an ashtray so I could smoke. When I finished she came to inspect and liked it a lot and instead of the 670 she gave me a check for 700 including the 30 dollars extra as tip. One day after finishing the project she asked me for material to do something extra by herself and I told her that when I do another project and have extra material I will go do it and it would not cost her anything extra and she told me ok it's fine and now With this comment I am confused because I did much more than we talked about in the beginning."
