This was a major purchase so I shopped around. I had quotes from 4 different A/C companies. It's a small family company, I trusted them and their price was better than some for the quality product I was purchasing. They were extremely nice and neat. Covering my hall and stairs with drop clothes. They were also in and out in 4 hours. I highly recommend them to others looking on Home Advisor.

The technician, Keith, was terrific. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. A great asset to their company He came to my home to do a repair job, and I ended up purchasing a service agreement from him. The tech who came to do the service, Moe, was just as good as Keith: professional and competent.

This is an amendment to an original review: As originally stated, Ryan was knowledgeable and the work was good. I called to verify the $75 service call included a free pound of freon and the other various things that were included in the service. However there was conflict when I was told after the technician arrived and work began; I was informed that R22 wasn't included in the $75 fee. I read the contract fine print and no where did it state that there was a distinction between R22, R410, or any other type of freon. I wasn't even told this verbally on the phone prior to the service call. After I pointed this fact out in the fine print, the technician manually wrote in that it does not include R22. If anyone has ever done business, you would realize that changing the original contract rules after both parties agreed to the conditions isn't right or legal. I was offered 0.5# for "free" after my complaint, but 0.5# is not 1# as promised in their advertisement. I felt a bit pressured and had I known the R22 was not included in the original $75 call; I would have most likely gone with a competitor that offered a free initial estimate after arriving at your home. My review is mixed and this edit gives them a higher rating. Good service but the company should have been clearer in their terms, especially when they advertise something for free and make no mention that there are exceptions.

All The Time Air found a most cost effective solution to our issue, something our provider at the time did not offer. All they could say was it is an expensive part, plus other parts that needed to be replecd. We were looking at a bill between $1,500-$2,000, while All The Time came in with $600, plus a 30 day guarantee on the part. They truly are A/C Pros and saved me two to three times as much as the repair estimate I was receiving from our previous A/C Installer and service provider. They were able to provide a service call same day within a few hours of notice and they were busy with their regular schedule. I was so pleased, we elected to have a service contract with them, which was also for a very reasonable price.

They rescheduled the first appointment without telling me. We hired them because their pricing was comparable and they said they would do more and did. They also showed up late for the second appt. but did a very good job.

Dario was an excellent service agent for All The Time Air and did a great job for us. He explained the system well and we feel confident in our A/C now that he has serviced it. Liz, at the office was cheerful and very well organized. She kept us posted about when our service would take place by both phone and e mail. We will definitely use All The Time Air in the future.

Great guys, great company. Spent all day at my house reinstalling my air handler. They corrected all the installation issues from from the previous company Very professional and left my house spotless. I will use these guys for any an all future hvac needs.
