Tom was very professional and gave us a decent price. The tile layers did an excellent job and we were extremely pleased with the quality of their work.

The workmen were very accommodating and strived hard to do the best possible work. They came back to make sure it was done to my satisfaction.

We had a rough start. The person at All Things New had some difficulty with the person he contracted for me. However, he was very professional and handled everything. The job was completed to my satisfaction.

The employees at All Things New are great; however, the people they contracted it out to are not as great. They did a very good job; but the clean-up was terrible.

They be on our list have exceeded or expectations and will be working with us in the future!

Everything was fine until the install, they damaged dry wall in the house and when I pointed this out no one offered to fix it. I was also told someone would come back the next day but I had to call late that night and find out why, apparently they had other jobs more important than finishing my flooring. The installers were fine, worked fast and communicated as much as they could. However, I am upset about the damaged drywall and the fact that no one offered to fix it and I have to pay this out of pocket

They did a great job - our bathroom looks beautiful. They ripped out the carpet, hauled it away, and put porcelain tile down. There was no mess, and it was done in just a day and a half.

All Things New did a great job of providing a very personal, one on one planning process for our job. Nick was available any time I had a question or wished to make a change to the project. The wood and tile work is outstanding! We have a very hectic schedule so it was sometimes difficult to arrange times for the multiple contractors working on this project, but all in all the floors look great. We opted to do our own molding because it was better for our schedule and tastes, but for the price we could not beat the quality materials and the work done by the wood and tile crews or the personal service and professionalism Nick provided.

Nick did a great job installing hardwood laminate flooring in our home! He took on an extra challenge to make a seamless transition with our other flooring. He willingly responded to any of our requests and came back to ensure the job was done to our satisfaction. Highly recommended, would definitely use again!

Nick was very professional and kept me aware of any timing issues due to product availability so I wasn't waiting. He not only did the job I asked, but we also asked him to do a couple of other things which he priced for us and as it was reasonable we had him do those too (a window sill routed and a bathtub side panel tile job). He also answered some questions about what I was doing myself and his experience was invaluable. Nice job..well done!
