Lance has done several jobs for me and my extended family. He explained everything before and after his quality work. Very dependable, quick response, knowledgeable and more than fair pricing. There is no need to call for another estimate once you call All Things Plumbing it would simply be a waste of your time. My water heater started leaking and I knew I would need a new one. I had a company come out and gave me a crazy quote. I called All things plumbing and drain. Lance the owner gave me a quote that I couldn't turn down. He came the next morning with the new heater along with all new fitting. During his installation he found I had a water pressure valve on my line, so he attached another part on my heater to bring me up to code. Lance is very professional and knows exactly what he's doing. He was done the same day. I would recommend Lance for any of your plumbing needs.
