My husband & I hired All Time Home Improvement in 2020 to put a new roof on our garage & waterproof & replace our leaky balcony floor/den ceiling....when they originally came out to do the job, the roof for the garage was ok, but the job they did on our balcony floor/den roof is horrible! Told them Day 1 back in JUNE OF 2020 we were unhappy with it! AND ITS BEEN OVER 5YEARS NOW AND WE?RE STILL IN SMALL CLAIMS TRYING TO GET JUSTICE!! Had to get another company to come fix the hack job they did so our balcony floor isn?t still leaking & causing more water damage to the support beams of our den ceiling! No accountability, terrible business ethics & they?re professionalism & customer service is a JOKE!! If you plan to hire them, plan for a long road ahead in small claims court?ONLY THOSE WHO PRACTICE SHADY BUSINESS, NEVER PUT THEIR BUSINESSES IN THEIR OWN NAME!!

Do not use this company they are a scam had roof recovered June 21st mainly for skylight. They installed skylight wrong I have shingles inside my home all around bottom of skylight (they put shingles down first and window on top) told Dan as he was walking to his truck and said if it leaks I will fix and took off. Rain came 7-9 days later emailed Amy with video she emailed Dan would be here Friday morning. Friday afternoon Dan called with excuse be there in the morning did not show or call. Monday started calling for few days no one answers or call back. Friday Dan called with another excuse be there in morning well no call no show. Started calling for about 2 weeks and nothing fed up with this called Amy, Noah and Dan left really angry voicemail surprise Amy called shortly after Dan will be here Friday morning. He did not come until 730 that night thinking he was going to fix nope he put tarp on it said he would (gave his promise and word) be back Tuesday or Wednesday and of course did not show or call. Started calling forever. He sent text finally August 31 telling me he is not trying to stiff me on my skylight be here on the weekend. I think you know where this is going no call no show. I think 4 months now told them I am done a week later got letter from suppliers wanting money for supplies he is writing bad checks now I have to take them to court. Thanks for nothing All Time. Please find real company so you do not have to go through all this BS.

An excellent company. Reasonably priced and their work was top notch. Arrived on time, did a fabulous job and were super nice ! Everything was cleaned up and left in perfect condition! I love my new windows! Thank You again. I will hire this company for future jobs!!

Unreliable, unresponsive, unprofessional. They installed our siding in the fall of 2019. What was supposed to take a week or so took months and was done poorly. Multiple issues had to be fixed during the job, like us not being able to open windows. Siding started falling off in June 2020. Dan came out and fixed it. We pointed out other issues and he said he would come back to fix those but never did. We texted, called repeatedly, and were blown off. In January 2021, a piece fell off and broke. Again reached out to Dan multiple times,were again promised itd be fixed and still nothing. If you have thousands and thousands of dollars to burn, feel free to call these guys. Otherwise steer clear. We are currently trying to find another company to fix their mistakes.

Ther are not professional they are not customer service friendly, not recommend to anybody.

I first contacted them early this year, in January. After getting a few quotes, their sales guy Dave was amazing and gave me the best (lowest) offer and I signed with them early February for replacing my roof with all new gutters as well as new siding for my garage. They said they would contact me in 4 to 8 weeks but also acknowledged that since I have a leak in my garage, they will give my job priority and make it 3 to 6 weeks. I waiting for the full 12 weeks and when I didn't hear from them, I started calling Dave, the only number I had. Out of the 10 times I would call, he would pick up once. When he did pick up, it was a casual response that he will ask the office to get back to me. I tried calling the office and at first I couldn't get through. When I did, I left a voicemail and no one got back to me ever. Once again, I started hounding Dave and around June, he finally gave me one more name and number to contact - Noah. With Noah, I was able to get through at the third attempt. He said he will get me on schedule the next week. That week goes by and nothing happens. The week after, the supplier company comes by to drop off materials at my house. There was no communication that this was going to happen. Luckily I'm working from home so I was able to meet with them. Finally, on 15th June, my roof was replaced with no timing on my garage siding. Immediately after the roof job was completed, Noah showed up to collect payment and said he will put me on the schedule for the garage siding next week. A few weeks go by with no communication and finally mid July, the garage siding guys show up and start working. Again, I was never informed when they would be arriving. They never completed the work and had a few last minute things to complete when the owner, Dan showed up to collect the rest of the payment. He assured me that they will complete the work in the next couple of days. He admitted that communication has been an issue for them as they signed up for more work than they could handle. Since he collected his check (2 weeks ago), he has been AWOL. I have left him 5 voicemails and 2 emails. He hasn't responded to even one. Now his voicemail box is full. So is Noah's. The sub-contractors who left the garage siding work incomplete came by this week to collect some of their equipment and mentioned that they were fired and not paid but they felt bad for leaving my job incomplete so they will find the time to come by and finish the job. I have low hopes of that happening but it should be All Time Home Improvement's job to complete it. They did not. I am thoroughly disappointed and would not recommend this company to anyone who values good communication and peace of mind.

Looks like my first review was removed. Here is my review....again TL;DR - DO NOT HIRE ALL TIME FOR ANYTHING We Hired Dan, and All Time for a complete siding and trim job in summer/fall 2019. They came out with a crew of 3 on Halloween. After a week the crew was 2 guys, They did not finish (i use the term finish loosely here as the job is still not done to my satisfaction) until just before Christmas 2019. I was told the complete job would be 10 days. Since then Iâ ve had nothing but trouble. My casement windows wouldnâ t open. Siding has fallen off my house multiple times. The siding is warped and generally installed incorrectly. Itâ s falling out of the j channel in multiple places. Itâ s not even installed level. As of May 19, 2021 I cannot get Dan or anyone at his company to come to my home and fix all the issues which have a â lifetime guaranteeâ . He will not respond reliably and itâ s always next week this, COVID that. â Your new siding caught on fire while being stored at my house.â I have almost a complete row of siding currently detached from the south side of my home and Dan refuses to fix his work. This has been the worst experience of my life. If you value your home, your money, and your sanity, do not hire this company.

Calls go to voicemail most of the time. Calls often not returned. Poor communication. We were told the job would be done before winter set in but no one came. We called and called. Finally got a team out in late April. We had to nag to get the job completed after several delays and a couple of no-shows. They charged us extra because the crane could not place the shingles on the roof directly (salesman should have been able to tell that and include in the price). They said it would be done in a day but it took 2, and they did not seal several areas even after telling us they would come back to do so. NOT recommended at all.

We contracted All Time on Oct 8, 2020, which was scheduled to be completed by Thanksgiving. The contractor did not start until Jan 5th, 2021, then halted after 4 days of work due to not enough material to complete the job. Our home was left in pieces, until they resumed on May 4th 2021. They worked 2 1/2 days and stopped again for no materials. Our home is still incomplete with pieces blowing off, and the workmanship is subpar. We have made several attempts to contact the contractor, with no response. Per inspection, the repairs were done incorrectly, and our home is not properly protected. Beware communication is poor, and they will often use Covid as the excuse for their problems. Our home is an eyesore in the neighborhood, and we would not recommend this contractor.

Workmanship was great. From contract signing to job complete took about 4 months. This may be true for all companies during this Covid supply issues.

They lie promised landmark premium specified in contract installed landmark pro a less expensive shingle when I complained they said it was a mistake and refused to adjust the price of the job said salesman did not know what he was writing in the contract calling all shingles premium.

This company says that the work is guaranteed but, it has been our experience that there is no follow up, no call backs, promises and no repairs. We have been waiting since the end of October to get repairs done to our home. I hate to write this review but we are very disappointed with the outcome and their service so far.

No more weather worries. All questions were answered. Very professional. Great work.
