All Type Appliance Repair

John was great. He had an initial idea of our issue with our microwave and was prepared with parts to fix it. Was thorough and fixed it quickly and efficiently, Was nervous about using an appliance repair company. After calling Sears to request a service quote and was told it would be $250 right off the bat, we tried AAA and was told the service call would be $75. Our total repair bill was right at $150. Well worth it vs. getting a new microwave. Would highly recommend AAA for future appliance repairs.

I had major problems with a fridge. Jon came and told me what had to be done, he completed the work in a timely fashion. The problem resurfaced. At his own expense, Jon came 2 more times( one of which was on a Saturday) to our home attempting to resolve the problem. I couldn't ask for better service and to be treated more fairly. The issue was the piece of junk fridge, not the repair attempt.

Came on Saturday. Didn't up charge me for the weekend call. Very reasonable. Walked me through everything he did.

I hired Jon to fix my LG dryer. He came out Saturday evening, took apart the dryer, and determined the gas valve was bad. He suggested trashing the six-year old $1200+ dryer because the part plus labor would exceed $600. I found an exact replacement part online and paid overnight shipping for a total of $150. I called Jon and asked if he would install the gas valve; he asked where I had purchased the valve and it was the same place he would have purchased it. He said he would check his schedule to figure out when he could come out. I called a day later and Jon said he did not normally install owner-supplied parts, citing his inability to warranty the part. OK, so I proceeded to install the part, only to find a dozen screws were missing in my dryer, apparently because he had decided my LG was trash. I contacted Jon to ask where he had placed the screws. He asked which screws. I purchased replacement screws and installed the replacement gas valve. It has been working great for 10 tens of heavy use (catching up on laundry). Jon did a good job diagnosing the problem but his decision to trash the LG did not match my priorities.
