Vinny claims that he was in the hospital and had an emergency.And that he would get back to me and from that point on, he stalled.The next week, he was opposed to do or start the work and the weather was poor so I understood. If that was the case. Vinny from all type construction then told me that he would still be able to do it.The next week as long as the weather held up. The next week, vinny claims that the cement was still too cold and asked if we could change our mind and put an asphalt driveway in. I explained to him that the customer larry Ruffin once concrete and the resurfacing as he promised. We determine, that we were gonna wait until the spring and request it a refund of our deposit. Now, Vinny claims that he had to put in some paperwork to get the process started. That was monday november 17th. On that day, he told me it would take a couple of days and that the payment would be sent over to the client. By the end of that week, I was asking vinny where was the payment. Vinny claims that he was still waiting and that went on a few times. Always being vinny was in a bad service to talk and he needed to call back. Next vinny told me that the paperwork process in the first payment of half of the deposit would be in that following monday, which was the twenty fourth. He stated through Zelle around five p m that evening. On november twenty fifth, vinny claimed he needed the number to send the half payment back to. I told him that it was the same number where he got it from, but I steal messaged him the correct number for Larry Ruffin. Six days later, vinny said that he was still waiting on the first payment from wherever he was supposed to be.Getting this refund from, but they were giving him the runaround and again asked for the correct number to send to the client. On november twenty ninth, vinny told me the same thing and said that he would send the money or at least half of the deposit from his own money. I sent back too many that.Yes that is the correct number. That is the last we've heard from vinny. Throughout these communications, vinny keeps telling us that he's been so super busy that he's hard for him to get back to us.And that's why it's taken him two or three days sometimes to get back to us. I begin investigating anything I could find on all type construction and found.Vinny had a previous company called elite surfing and paving, in which k d k a went after him for a client, and another client in the article said that vinnie created a mess in their property as well and that they were attempting to get either the work redone or get their money back and they could not find mr.Mitchell. I contacted k d k a and i'm waiting to see if they can get back to me on a proper address for the address.Vinny has on Angi's is not his address and he has a Texas number in his marketing. The number on his marketing materials is as stated unfortunately the copy of the email from your 1st list of approved contractors is illegible and all copies of all type construction can't be located. The number he messaged me from is 412-609-3084.

They came out and did a good job. Good job well done. I highly recommend to everyone.

Vinny and his crew were informative and explained what they were going to do in detail. They were very timely in the completion of the project. The actual work performed was exactly as they explained it would be. I would recommend them to anyone!

I had a small leak in my kitchen I had two three other roofers come out and quoted me for a new roof Vinny from all type construction came out went up there and patched around the flashing quoted me a great price and stop the leak I didn't need a new roof just some patchwork it's been a few years now and I'm very satisfied with the work still I highly recommend
