All Type Home Inspections, LLC

I do not like to give a bad review to anyone as I believe people are human and make mistakes. However, I am a little taken back that this home inspection missed so many things wrong with my home and he was hired by me the buyer. I have tried to discuss this with Herbert Chip Degan and he acts like he does not care so I have to warn others that just because someone has 5 stars does not make it okay to rip someone off and neglect to tell them if something is wrong with a major purchase of a home. His negligence is costing me time and money and a lot of unnecessary stress.

My wife and I needed a last minute sellers home inspection. I called Chip and he made his schedule available to us the very next day. Chip was very thorough and detailed as he performed our home inspection. He allowed me to be involved in the process, pointing out certain small fixes that we could do for optimum home selling enhancements. He spent hours on the inspection, and gave my wife and I a detailed report with suggestions that we could have our contractor fix for better selling power.
