I hired him to reset my pellet computer and instead he came and said that the computer works but it does not and instead he vacuumed the pellet wood and did nothing and charged me 200 wich I can vaccine myself and now when he left it does not work and he told me that why it not working because there is a crack in the glass and that we have to patch it and he did and it still does not wanna turn on

I called the company to set up the wood pallet computer and he came and just vacuumed and said nothing it's wrong with wood pallet which he didn't even take a look if needs to be set up. Charge me $185 plus tax for nothing

I called for a dryer vent to be cleaned , not Gutter and downspouts clean , There was no choice for a dryer vent cleaning, I had to choose something in order to keep going on this page The guy who came to clean the air dryer vent, never check the air vent duct part behind the dryer, he just cleaned from the outside. He took him about 3 minutes to do the job. Then he wanted $185 plus tax instead of the quoted price of $155 plus tax. Also he dropped all the lint/dirt from the vent on the ground I told him to clean it or I would not pay him. He finally cleaned it. He was very rude , he did not want me to even check if everything was working !!! This guy is $100 more than the average dryer air vent cleaning service , never again !!!!! Do not use their services

Do not use this company for any service, and their license is expire, their are provided false information in their contract, and their phone number is does not have a voice mail set up so is hard to reach them. They do not leave in the address that they show.

Do not hire this company! The rudest technician came to my home from the minute he came to my door he was nasty. I was given an appoinment time of between 12 and 12:30. At 11 am I was confirmed between 1 and 1:30. When he showed up early he had an attitude because I was finishing up my shower. When I tried to speak to him regarding his early arrival afyer confirmation he was rude and smug and argued his point and told me all conversations were recorded and i was currently also being recorded. So unprofessional. I honestly felt I must have been on candid camera, it was absolutely crazy. Customer service was the worst I have ever encountered in my life!

The Service pro did not honor his word nor did he put his afford to do the job for the referrals I had found for the discount he promised.

high price/poor quality/poor customer service/dishonest (all substantiated below): Requested cleaning of a fan vent in attic since bathroom was fogging up during showers. Rep identified that the duct had disconnected from the roof vent and used duct tape to reattach it. Was told this was a special job (in attic with blown in insulation) so there was an added charge. Paid $185 to connect vent with duct tape in April. In June, the bathroom started fogging up again so i went in attic and the vent was on the attic floor aagain - special price duct tape repair didn't hold. Called the company and explained and to the (presumed) owner who told me he would call me back in an hour once he identifies if someone will be in my area the next day. That was 3 days agao and he never called. I am considering filing a claim in small claims court on principle - not because of the poor quality work but because the owner lied about calling me back in an hour.

They are excellent, they show up on time, stick to the quoted price, work quickly, they clean up that you can't tell that anyone was there. friendly service.

Great experience hiring these pros, on time and extremely reliable. They quoted me a price and stuck to it. I needed my gas fireplace serviced and cleaned. Our technician James was great, he was friendly and took the time to show me all that I needed to know for maintaining the fireplace after he was done servicing it. I will hire them again when I need my fireplace serviced. You don't need to look any further for service, this is the company to call. 100% excellence.

UPDATED: The owner sent out workers who not only took care of the downspouts but also did some repair work for free. They also put the line back up.. He called and was very nice. He explained everything and also put us on the rotation for a free gutter cleaning in the fall. 100% would recommend. Old Review: Terrible. He was hired to clean my 85 year old Moms gutters and downspouts. After he came out a phone line was hanging from the gutters that had been knocked loose. I called and told him hoping he would come out and put it back. He was very, very rude and told me he was not at fault. Today was the first rain I was able to check the gutters and water is just pouring over the sides of all of the gutters barely a dribble from the downspouts. Took videos as proof. Do not hire this company. He will only rip you off.

Replaced the chimney. Showed up on time completed the work in one day. Cleaned the area . I would hire again and recommend to others

They were great, but the price was a little high.

I had to get my dryer vent re-connected in my attic (as it came loose and became a fire hazard as noted by my home inspection). I called for service. They said they would call me by noon the same day and they did. A repairman was immediately dispatched to my home and did the necessary repairs and dryer vent cleaning the same day. I was grateful they were able to respond so quickly. I would recommend them for any of your household repair needs.

He is the most unreasonable person that one can meet. He is giving extraordinarily hard time in getting the job done. He got there initial deposit of $275 and he is yet get the job done. I wish I had arranged with someone else. Please do not recommend this guy.
