He has horrible communication skills. I paid him 3/4 of the $$ for the job, and all I have is a BIG hole in my backyard. No REAL work has been done and it's been 2 months since I've hired him. He doesn't show up when he says he will and then doesn't even have the decency to call you and let you know what's going on. His voice mail stays full so you can't leave a message. Majority of the time you have to call him to get any status updates! Can't rate his work because I haven't seen any!!!
