"I hate we could not get 5 stars from you Larry. I know your wife had a concerns about a spot under a window that looked like rust or red clay. I have been trying to contact you guys via text and have left VMs but can not seem to reach you. Id love for you guys to get back in touch with me so I can resolve that small issue for you and maintain a perfect record. It would less than 10 minutes to get that small area cleaned up for you guys. As far as the price we charge well below the average market price of .19 cent per sq ft and I also gave you additional discount by washing small areas that were not included in the original scope of work such as cleaning your lawn furniture, etc. When you and I walked the home at the end of the job you were ecstatic with the results. If I had any impression differently I would have taken care of your concerns immediately but you did not, you gave me the impression everything exceeded your expectations. You contact me with your rust or red clay issue weeks later. The bottom line is I still appreciate your business and your time! Thank you so much for having me out! Please let me know if there?s anything I can do to help you guys out in the future."
