The response to our request for service was almost immediate and they were able to come out the next morning, even earlier than they expected to make it out. The serviceman was very friendly and the work was well done. The cost was more than quoted but that was because the job took longer than anticipated. My only complaint was that there was quite a mess to clean up from the man trudging in and out with his dirty boots and dragging his equipment down the carpeted stairs. A suggestion might be to have a plastic runner to lay down to keep the mess to a minimum. I would use them again if needed.
