To keep it brief - All-Ways did great work at a fair price, were friendly and personable, and I felt that they wanted to knock the job out of the park (which they did). Would hire again for outdoor plumbing needs if I end up moving into a new home that needs it.

Randy and Rick were amazing at their work, hired them for installing PRV system and they did amazing work. I had to call them for some doubt later and they’re super responsive and shows up to help me out for the questions without charging me for that visit. Highly recommend them for their work and professionalism.

Repaired water service line between meter and house. Leak located under driveway. Randy and Rick were prompt with estimate, arrival times and repair completion. They were particular detail oriented with job site clean up. Driveway had an aggregate surface and this was returned to an as before appearance. I had dug two holes trying to fin leak and these were filled in without being asked. Meter box was previous broken and this was repaired without being asked. Driveway was washed down after repair completion. Job completion time was approximately 2 hours. I highly recommend All-Ways Underground!

Randy, Rick, and crew showed up on time as scheduled to perform this job. It was a dirty, laborious job to do on a hot day. Everyone did their part and when the job was finished, the clean up was immaculate. Kudos to the entire crew for a great job. I feel comfortable in recommending them if you need their service.

I rarely leave reviews as I expect honest quality work that is done right from all companies that are in business and payment is usually all I do to acknowledge the job. However in this case I thought I would take a moment to give some credit where credit is due. From the initial contact through the end of the project Randy and Rick did an excellent job. Surrounded by a top notch crew that cares about their job and adding to their company's reputation. If I need plumbing services in the future they will be my one and only call. P.S. Randy and Rick are pros! They are responsive, hard working and courteous. They provided a complete explanation and reasonable estimate how the broken water line would be repaired. No mess! I needed a water main fix between the street and house. After researching, I decided going trenchless was the way to go. I talked to several plumbers and their bids came in massively more than All -Ways Underground. I believe it was because they had to contract out the trenching work then passed on the expense. Randy and Rick came out and gave a free estimate and explained how things worked. These guys know their stuff! I highly recommend them. Plumbers told me they would jackhammer the line of the pipe, but that they would not fix the damage to the driveway. That would be on me. Randyâ s team not only did the trenchless boring but they patched the holes they dug! I got to know the family and they are all really great people. Honest and hard working. The job was done in one day and they cleaned up by washing down and sweeping the drive. They are THE way to go.

Are you on a budget? If you need work done and are astounded by the cost of repairing a water line leak, (especially if you don't know where the leak is), you want to at least talk with Randy of All-Ways Underground! My friends say that I was a victim of "Zip Code Pricing", which is to say that the other bids that I received were determined by what the operators thought that I would pay. I live in a high demand neighborhood where houses sell for much more than they are listed for. Many of us are not able to afford what the new residents pay for home services. I can tell you that Randy worked with me to reach a price that I could pay. He let my close friend do some of the preparation work and only did the work that we didn't have the knowledge to do. His bid was 50% of the next closest bid and one-third of the national company's bid. And Randy added some features and equipment that wasn't included in the other bids. He's an honest man trying to make an honest dollar doing honest work. Simply the best!

On time. Worked in 90 degree weather straight through lunch. Project was 2 days placing 300 feet of water line for both me and my neighbor. Randy, Rick and Shawn very hard working. The company aimed to please the customer. Each day, after work, they policed the area and left it neat. I would highly recommend them to anyone for any job.

Randy and his crew did a great job replacing my water line. When I called for a quote they measured the area and told me how they would proceed and why. They gave me a fair quote and stuck with it even though there were some very difficult areas. They are "old school" using all the "new procedures" to accomplish a difficult and dirty job. After getting several bids for replacing our water main, we decided to go with All-Ways Underground and Excavating. They did a complete review of the site where the work would be done. Our property has huge boulders located underground and is located on a hill. Randy made note of several problems that would need to be taken care of to complete the job. He explained what the job would entail, how long it would take, materials used, and promised we would have water before the end of the first day. After the first day, we had the promised water. At the end of the second day, the ground looked like no one had been there. They installed a turn off value located just outside the back door so we wouldn’t have to crawl under the house to turn off the water in the future.

They came out to do a free estimate on fixing the main water line from the street to my house. The owner Randy was extremely knowledgeable and explained the whole process of what the job would entail. When I was given the estimate I hired them on the spot. At this point I had been out of water for a couple days, and I was ecstatic that they could start right away. They did an amazing job and were done that same day.
