After their initial completion, I had to call them back because the exterior seal around the garage door was not sealing properly, in fact it was being folded by the door as it closed.. As they reworked the seal placement, the door operation got worst and then improved but never totally satisfactorily. I suggested that it was time to get the overhead door pros on the job. The door continued to not close without displacing the seal. I hired an overhead door firm and they fixed the sealing problems. I deducted the cost of the overhead door firm from Cascade Exteriors invoice. They objected and we discussed on the phone. Not wishing to endure the stress of a bill collectors involvement or small claims court, I gave in and Cascade Exteriors full invoice. No Thank You and no offer to share the extra cost caused by their inabilities.

Kevin was available almost immediately, provided a full description of the work that was needed to be done, and managed all the way to completion. I cannot say enough good things about them. The job was quite extensive removing and installing new siding on home, painting the home, and repairing a roof deck. The total bill was over $26k and worth every penny. I would not hesitate to recommend them!
