The owner Ruben did a great job on a really old unit. The bearing was shot on the indoor furnace wheel. He took the old unit out & took it back with him to his shop where he was able to find new bearings to replace the old ones. He had to go to quite a bit of work as this is about a 50 year-old unit made of heavy steel and it had never been removed before so the screws holding it in were frozen and the set screw for the wheel broke off. He then came back up to install the unit (both times he came up on a Saturday at no extra charge.) He could have tried to sell me a new unit but was honest about being able to repair the unit & saved me a lot!
