Drywall Repair
Roland asked for a deposit of 600$ to repair drywall that was water damaged when he saw that the damage was more extensive than what he realized he advised me to call my insurance. When my insurance investigated the situation they came to the conclusion that my policy did not cover the damage. All Roland did was up a hole in my ceiling drywall (which was falling down anyway) get a tarp and put it on my roof to stop further water from coming in and I was told that was a price of 600$. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Deck, Fence, Patio or Porch Clean and Seal
I had 3 jobs to be done. This company fixed the patio and power washed the deck. But on the fence, he power washed it but did not paint or stain it. He never came back. It has been over a year now. I have sent texts and called but he has not returned my calls. In the beginning he said I would be first on the list when the weather broke and that has been months now. He told me he had to have full payment up front for all 3 jobs. So I have paid for the job and have not heard back from him. I would not recommend him since it has been over a year since this began.

Roland was very professional and got the job done within a short time. He stayed within budget and I will definitely have him back to do other jobs for me . Now I have a beautiful deck that I don't have to worry about falling through .

Roland gave us an estimate quickly and was able to start the project right away. He and his work mate did a nice job, were accommodating when we added another room to the project and cleaned up before leaving.

They have great work ethics. They come when they say they are. Very hard working. Friendly, pleasant and great quality work. They explained everything before doing the work. Best Carpenters I ever hired. They cleaned up afterwards and left us with a beautiful deck! I'll be hiring them again.

Project: Snow removal from driveway and sidewalk Roland was extremely reliable and would always do the job when he said he would. This is especially noteworthy when everyone wants immediate service following a storm. I highly recommend him.

Drywall Installation
I got the old switcheroo on the product used. Paid for top shelf paint and got regular instead, didn't get told about this and they even went so far as to try and hide the fact by painting over the paint can label. .Got a reply when noticed, that suggested that I'm ignorant about the product. Never arrived on time and took a lot of smoke breaks. Quality was OK, no better than a diy project that I could have done. Probably overpriced too, but I didn't get more than one estimate, however looking around after it looks like I overpaid. The dishonesty about the paint switch is enough to look elsewhere, I won't be hiring them again.

A portion of the 2nd level siding needed to be replaced and stained, along with staining some additional areas of the 2nd level. Roland responded quickly with a quote and the work was completely and professionally done within a week.

Deck or Porch Repair
Was told before they left if I had any problems to call them. I called about 2 weeks after they left to have them fix the steps and railing going up the steps. The screws are coming up on the center stringer( stringers are 1' 6" apart mfg. of timber tech says stringers should be 9 to max of 12" apart), the railing posts are loose to the point of coming undone. Had to hire someone else to repair the problem, tried getting Roland to fix both areas, he texted he would come by and look at it, never called or showed up. over a two week period he promised 3 different days. Was very upset with the service after he left, had the steps been installed properly and within mfg. specs, this all could have been avoided.
