Exceptionally friendly, stayed ontask...cleaned everything up, very customer focused!! Would definitely recommend!!!

Communication was excellent. The team that came out was highly skilled and took down a dead spruce efficiently with minimal impact on the surrounding trees and lawn. The entire process including stump removal for a 30 foot high tree was about 45 minutes. Cleanup was excellent.

Allan came out with a crew of 4 Had 2 trees removed and 4 other maples had major limb removal. The company was very diligent with cleanup and careful about not harming the lawn and other plant life. Took them 5 hours to do all of this major work. Highly recommend!

I have filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Allan Tree Service did not deliver the property clean-up and restoration as promised. Despite 9 weeks of repeated calls and several conversations with Allan and his assistant, Kristin, I have never received the promised return phone calls or any follow-up regarding the completion of the work. I submitted photos of the condition in which the property was left along with my complaint to the BBB. So far, Allan has elected not to respond to the BBB complaint. The performance of this company is totally unprofessional and unacceptable in my opinion.

I hired Allan to remove three dead trees. Everything was going good, until the last pine tree became entangled with another. Allan and two crew attached 2 ropes and kept pulling until it came down safely and exactly where it needed to go. Thank you!

Alan and his crew took down a large storm damaged tree from my back yard in a timely manner. I was not home at the time to inspect the results. I wanted more of the surface stump roots removed, and Alan had that issue resolved.

Trimmed a huge willow tree, the trunk of which they said was the largest in diameter they had ever seen. A storm had torn 1/2 of it down. Extremely professional: got back to us with pricing in a timely manner, communicated as they said they would prior to coming to do the work, got here early, worked consistently, totally cleaned up when they had finished, would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done anywhere, anytime! Difficult job where the trees were located. They saved the flowers planted around the trees as well as the Maple tree next to the dead trees.

Allan is wonderful to work with. He and his crew worked incredibly fast on a very difficult removal of a tall (100+ ft.) tree. Tree down and GONE in one day, plus other misc. smaller trees, and all stumps ground. Also cleaned up thoroughly, and repaired yard afterwards. Would definitely use Allan's Tree Service again.
