Despite having a detailed discussion about the project scope prior to obtaining a quote, they did not remove the top layer of debris as outlined in the quote. One week after completion, debris and landscaping materials started showing below the freshly planted lawn. I reached out to the owner to try to remedy the situation and all he did was continue to blame me for not knowing the details of how he writes a quote and that his definition of debris does not include that material!! He made no effort whatsoever to make it right.

"We respectfully disagree with this review for the reasons following: The work was completed in the manner the quote for the job is stated and agreed upon in writing before the work began. This statement refers to the top layer not being removed and/or work not being completed, however it was in fact removed and we have documentation/pictures of the job process to support. The term debris is used in the quote as "mulch, debris, and dirt" which was removed in that exact order and specifically stated as the surface layer. We completed three separate areas on the property, all of which were processed and finished in the same way."

Allbark did a phenomenal job with tree removal, grinding, and trimming. Dan (owner) was able to clearly explain what to do with some complicated tree situations, propose a clear plan of action, and remediate our tree issues in a timely manner. They also went above and beyond with cleanup afterwards. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for tree services.

Showed up exactly when promised, the whole team worked hard on two super hot and humid days. Cleanup was excellent, not a twig left behind. This was super important since much of the trimmings ended up in neighbors yard. They picked up every scrap. AWESOME job guys.
