Was called promptly by Ernie Andrade, and he showed up when and on time for seeing the projet and giving a quote. Then the night before and the morning of the workers called and advised what time they would be on the job. And to my satisfaction they also showed up at the designated time. Will definitely use this company again for a bathroom remodel, which we'll start in November.

they took out more boards then agreed upon. had a worker here alone that there was a communication barrier with. did not leave left over stain and sealer as agreed upon. is not returning phone calls to bring stain and sealer back and pick up their ladder that was left behind.

I did a walk through after the team finished. I found 4 areas that were not taken care of, very basic cleaning not given the attention. 1 area in particular, (cleaning the grout around the kitchen sink) I pointed out to the lead person before they started, it was missed. When I brought it to his attention he told me that he did not have the solvent to handle this (i.e bleach pen), he said it needed new caulking, not the case.
