About us

Over the past ten years I have been taught how to install tile wrong. Bad habits picked up a long the way stuck with me until recently. With a lot of jobs going wrong, bad reviews something had to be done. On April 1 2021 I admitted to myself I need to change. Since then I have gone back to basics. No more cutting corners, no more accepting medicore substrates, no more lackadaisical installs. The past few jobs I have done have been a confidence booster for me. I am offering you a sound install, done properly. Through mistakes I have made it has allowed me to get better, a keen eye for detail.

Completed one job to tile a bathroom and laundry room. Work was sloppy, left a mess, and attempted to say he was completed without grouting under several areas. Placed a deposit on a second job, never showed up, and never refunded the deposit. Won civil court case. Still waiting judgment payment.

Long story short: Simon was recommended to us by a friend. He can talk a good talk but he doesn't follow through. He started a job on our RV and it took him almost a month to finish the job. He worked for 2 days and then we never heard from him until I started asking for a refund. Once that was brought up, he started pulling together excuses. I have kids, so I understand putting your family first but this was ridiculous. Once he finally came back to town, (his words), he was flakey on what day he would come finish the job. The job took him 30 minutes and it looks terrible. It's unfinished and still leaks!! He also wanted final payment before the job was done and kept hounding us about the invoice even when the job wasn't finished. Very unprofessional. Very disorganized. Very disappointing. A waste of time. A waste of hard-earned money. I would NEVER recommend him for anything. I'm just glad it wasn't my kitchen counters or something I use daily or I?d be even more SOL. Lesson learned the hard way.

"Britney, the work was done to a very satisfying condition of me and you guys. furthermore yes I took the deposit I also bought the materials for your job dropped them off and you guys wanted to delay the job until sometime in April well I currently have a full schedule. I said to you guys you would have to wait. at that point you guys wanted your money back right away I said I could get it back to you within a couple of weeks and you guys threw a fit so if you can please leave the proper truth that would help, thank you!"

Showed up on time, good communication, reasonable price. The ultimate execution could have been a touch better but this was a patch up job so he was working with some constraints. Would hire again
