I called and spoke to Mike and explain what type of work I needed on my home Central AC unit which was to replace the evaporator for a 4 ton unit. I gave him the information about the unit, he know exactly what needed to be replace and text me a quote within an hour or so and said it could be done within a few days if I approved. I did approve based on a fair value price to replace the evaporator and recharge system. A tech came the next day to look over the unit and the following day the crew was sent to do the actual replacement. All were on time, courteous, considerate, and knew what they were doing. Within 3 hours I had my AC up and going and it has never felt so cool in the house since living there for the past four years. I would highly recommend Allcare for an honest quote and any repairs on any AC unit. Tom Burgos

Very reasonably priced considering my A/C completely stopped working around 8 p.m. and they were here in less than 24 hours to complete the repair so quickly! I would recommend Allcare 100% . This is a fantastic company from the customer service to the guys who did the work to the owner. I donâ t usually give 5 stars on things but this company deserves it.

Called Allcare to get someone to come and look at air-conditioning. The vent was blowing out warm air. They were able to come the very next day and installed a new part. Frank was at the house for only about 20 minutes and everything is running perfectly. Would highly recommend this company.

On time fair good work

I had a problem with my furnace. It was not blowing warm air. I appreciate that Allcare Maintenance came over quickly and Frank was friendly. After looking at my furnace, Frank told me that it could be one of two things: my heat exchange could be cracked or there might be animals in the furnace. He reset the heat exchange and told me that I would probably need a new furnace. He said that the fix he did could last for an hour or for the whole winter season. I paid $89 and within five minutes of him leaving, I had no heat again. I figured that the furnace needed to be replaced. Two days later, I called another contractor to look at my furnace. He opened it up and saw two dead birds which he removed. He could not believe that Frank did not see the birds. As soon as he did this, my heat started working perfectly. It has now been a week and my furnace is fine. I did not need a new one and my home is nice and warm. I am very frustrated with Allcare. I paid $89 for nothing. They also never followed up with me to check to see if the furnace was working. I would not recommend this company.
