"Regarding the complaint submitted by Mr. Brown, Better Built Contracting LLC welcomes the opportunity to clarify the situation and address his concerns. our company maintains strict daily clean-up protocols. Crews must remove all tools, trash, and debris at the end of each work day to ensure homeowners safety. The issue Mr. Brown noticed occurred during an unexpected rain-out day. Our team had secured the job site the previous evening, but the weather conditions prevented us from returning the following morning. This temporary pause may have inadvertently given the impression that the project was abandoned. Throughout this project, we have maintained a positive relationship with Mr. Brown. He has not raised any concerns directly with our management team. In fact, when he recently requested project modifications, we accommodated those changes promptly at no additional charge to him. We are fully committed to complete this project to his total satisfaction. Our crew is scheduled to return to Mr. Browns residence tomorrow May 27th, 2026, to finalize the remaining details and officially wrap up the job. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or misunderstanding this weather delay may have caused. We look forward on delivering a successful final result tomorrow.
