I hired Henry Arias of Allcraft Building Company to add a covered patio to my house. The job required an architect and I interviewed several, but ended up hiring the one that he recommended, and it was a good fit. He did an excellent job of communicating with me as well as his sub-contractors. He made some innovative and cost effective suggestions that we used. The job took much longer than originally anticipated, but I am very happy with the final result. I found Henry to be very honest and would use him again.

We did have a few differences, however Allcraft handled everything to our satisfaction. The company stands behind their work. Very pleased.

We chose Mr. Arias' company 'Allcraft' after interviewing him and representatives of several other companies. His presentation (ideas and drawings) was top notch and combined with very competitive pricing, sold the job. Mr. Arias thinks outside the box. He brings a designer/architect like approach to the project which was very impressive. Now to the job. Our condo kitchen was a complete remodel. The entire process from demolition to completion was clean, neat and on time. Mr. Arias employs dependable, qualified personnel and He/They communicated with us on a daily basis regarding job progress. Our new kitchen look awesome.

I would be happy to refer Allcraft Building Company to anyone who needs a hard working company with a culture of honesty, integrity, and caring. They took on a full house renovation that I had begun with another contractor. Allcraft understood my special need of renovating my mother's home, room by room while she is still living there. Not only did they accept the job (many others turned me down), the work has been top shelf and ahead of schedule and budget! Their professionalism and communication have been great. I have worked with Allcraft during the entire project from my home state of Pennsylvania.

I was a bit upset when I was told we may have to reschedule the start date because he could not line up a license plumber needed to obtain the permit. ended up pulling a home owners permit to secure the start date. Not what I wanted to do. I had purchased all/most of the materials. Discovered the wrong size cabinet was delivered. All craft was accommodating in saying the would come back to put right sized cabinet in (scheduled for this coming Tuesday). Two guys did the work, when a bit over time, not great work but did do some "fixing".

Can't say enough about this company. Their work was excellent. They were impeccably neat and very polite. Would highly recommend them. I have already hired them for several more projects.
