Considerable experience in residential and commercial construction projects has given me a real life advantage in Real Estate and Home Inspections. I am able to provide answers- not referrals as a licensed and bonded CA general contractor with additional license classifications in HVAC and Concrete. I am also able to provide some idea to the cost of certain issues or repairs that can help my clients in time sensitive real estate transactions prioritize and make critical decisions with much more clarity and awareness. I don't subcontract out, I am your inspector and the person with the certifications which allows me to bring more value to you, including thermal infrared imagery, combustible gas testing, drone and roof walking inspections, moisture testing, laser leveling, termite inspection.
