Job: Mow and prune bushes. Robert is very nice and responsive. He showed up and did the work. My only hang up was he didn't put a drop cloth down for the bushes by the house when he pruned (pine straw underneath) and he blew the clippings from the bushes, near the driveway, directly into the pine straw which as you can imagine looked horrible. When I asked him to come lay new straw down where all the clippings were, he charged me for it. A little frustrated since I wouldn't have had to get new straw had he just put drop cloths down.
